Introducing 'Forty Fabulous Freelancers'

I’m often asked for recommendations for freelancers and although I can point people in the direction of some of the consultants lists and Facebook groups, I’d like to do more to champion and showcase some of the talent in the sector.

Which is why I’m creating ’40 Fabulous Freelancers’ – a project to put a spotlight on some of the brilliant bid-writers who are raising money for great causes. This will be a collection of bid-writers and independent freelancers who are great at what they do - writing successful applications. I’ll be showcasing those who demonstrate passion and enthusiasm for their work, whether you’re just starting out or you’re a seasoned freelancer – what matters most is that you’re good at what you do.

Finding a good freelance bid-writer or trust fundraising can be time consuming. This resource is an ideal starting point for finding the right person to help your organisation raise the money you need.

FREELANCERS

An opportunity to shout about what you do and be featured in a collection of brilliant bid-writers, all with different areas of expertise, making it really easy for charities to find the right person for them.

If you're a freelancer, you can apply to be featured by filling in this really simple form. I’ve specifically not asked for photos so this is your chance to make your entry shine through words – what bid-writers are best at!

The application form will close on Friday 23rd June. Over the next few weeks, I’ll go through all the submissions before publishing the final selection in July which I’ll be sharing through my email list of thousands of charities and on social media.
